From the moment our employees and their families arrived, the energy was electric! Traditional folk dances like Karagattam, Mayilattam, Puliattam, Silambam and Parayattam welcomed everyone with rhythm and grace.
The carnival zone turned out to be a big hit with stalls like Uriyadi, Panchu Mittai, Mallipoo Kadai for all women, Bangle shop, Balloon Buster, Pallankuzhi , Raatinam Kili Josiyam & Kai Josiyam, Mechanical Bull, Traditional Photo Booth, Boom Boom Maadu, Pottery Making and more — bringing smiles across generations.
The day began with the Tempel Anthem, followed by an inspiring Tempel Bioscope and keynote addresses by Mr. Sethu Madhavan, VP & GM – Asia Region, and Mr. Amaladoss M, Director – Human Resources, sharing the remarkable Tempel Turnaround Story.
Internal talents lit up the stage — from group dances to salsa and even a special managers’ performance that stole the show!
We proudly honored employees completing 5 and 10 years of service and celebrated the brilliance of our future stars through the Tempel Academic Excellence Award and Tempel Young Achievers Award — recognizing the outstanding achievements of our employees’ children.
A delicious lunch brought everyone together, and the heartfelt vote of thanks by employees’ spouses reflected the joy and appreciation felt throughout the day.
