The State Governor of Tamil Nadu presented the Best HR Leader Award to Mr Amaladoss. Tempel India was appreciated for Best HR practices.

We are extremely excited to announce that Tempel India has received the following Awards under Large Industries/ PSU Category from FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry) on 30th June 2022.

1. The Best HR Leader Award was presented to Mr M. Amaladoss our Director - Human Resources by Mr. R.N. Ravi, Honourable governor of Tamil Nadu.This award is yet another recognition after HR Icon Award received from Mr P.C Sampath ex-Industrial Minister of Tamil Nadu in 2018.

2. The Best HR Practices appreciation and recognition was presented to Tempel India. Our Best HR practices have once again received recognition as we were awarded for our efforts towards exemplary HR practices. This is yet another proud moment for Tempel India, another feather added to our cap together with four other awards received in the last five years.

Eminent HR professionals from the state representing various Industrial sectors were present during the award ceremony. All the 54 nominations were evaluated by FICCI’s knowledge partner, the coveted Indian Institute of Management, Trichy and the winners were chosen based on contribution to Employee’s wellness and
engagement, Strategic business sustainability especially during the Covid - 19. It is indeed a proud moment for Tempel India team as we rejoice these rewards as “One Team, One Dream.”
