At Tempel, wellness is not a one-time activity, it’s a culture we nurture every day.

Our Tempel Runners team participated in the Dream Runners Half Marathon (DRHM) 2025, by taking part in the 10K and 21K categories. The event was exceptionally well organized, and our runners represented Tempel with energy, enthusiasm and great spirit wearing Tempel T. shirts.

To encourage participation, Tempel sponsored 50% of the registration fee and recognized top performers with gift vouchers:

• 21K Winners – ₹10,000, ₹8,000, ₹6,000
• 10K Winners – ₹5,000, ₹4,000, ₹3,000

This initiative is a part of our broader wellness journey. Internally, close to 60% of our employees participate in the Monthly Tempel Fitness Challenge — where being active earns rewards.
