At Tempel, we believe meaningful celebrations go beyond tradition — they reflect our commitment to social responsibility and inclusive growth.

As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, this Christmas we continued our efforts to support families with specially abled children. Many of these families depend on a single income, as one parent often dedicates their time to caregiving. This creates significant economic challenges, particularly for families from underprivileged backgrounds.

To address this, Tempel provides livelihood-enabling support such as automatic sewing machines, grinding machines, small retail store, computers, cows, goats, and push carts — customized based on each family’s needs. Our CSR team personally visits beneficiaries to understand their circumstances and ensure the support creates long-term value and self-reliance.

This year marks the fifth consecutive year of this initiative, through which we have supported close to 100 specially abled children and their families. Our commitment remains strong as we continue expanding our reach to surrounding villages.

The celebration was further enriched by inspiring performances from specially abled children and a joyful visit from Santa Claus. Sharing Christmas food and cake with employees added warmth and togetherness to the occasion.
