Deep Breathing Exercise


On 29th January, first batch of Pranayama or Deep Breathing Exercise Yoga was conducted at Tempel Chennai facility. 55 employees enrolled in the first batch and participated in the Yoga sessions. Proper Breathing techniques were taught by Yoga Trainer Mr. Kothandan in an Open Garden Environment. These breathing techniques if followed regularly will help us to keep our Body healthy. After the Yoga session, a healthy snack was served to all the participants. Second Batch of Yoga program was Organised in the following week to enable the employees in alternate shifts to participate.
